  • Do you sell any dog harnesses?
    We sell dog harnesses ranging from sizes XS to XL suitable for adult dogs and both puppies. Our best selling harnesses are from Twiggy Tags. We provide free harness fittings in our Worksop pet shop too. You can find us on 41 Carlton Road, Worksop, S80 1PD. All dogs are more than welcome!
  • Do you sell any raw bones/raw treats for dogs?
    Yes. We sell a variety of raw bones/treats including and not limited to duck necks, turkey necks, lamb ribs, duck feet. duck wings, chicken carcass and many more. All the raw bones/ raw treats can be found under our DIY tab.
  • Do you sell complete 80-10-10 raw dog food meals?
    We sell a variety of complete80/10/10 raw dog food meals from brands such as Durham Animal Feeds (DAF), Nutriment Raw, Paleo Ridge and Yorkshire Raw. They come in different packs ranging from 245g to 1.3Kg.
  • Do you sell any dry or wet dog food?
    Yes! Although we specialise in raw feeding we realise that's not always possible for everyone. That's why we've picked out the best quality dry and wet dog food products for our shop. We mainly stock: Butcher's, Harrington's, and Forthglade for the time being.
  • Do you sell incomplete raw dog food?
    We sell lots of incomplete raw dog food such as: boneless raw chunks, boneless raw meat minces, incomplete bone minces e.g. 50% bone minces. We also sell raw mixed offal minces and a variety of raw bones perfect for making your own meals.
  • What kind of of dog treats do you sell?
    We only sell natural dog treats in our shop. We are a natural pet shop and do not stock any products containing harmful ingredients for your dog such as raw hide. All treats are air dried or oven baked, with majority being grain free. We have a variety of treats and long lasting dog chews such as deer legs, antlers, yak bars, horns, hooves, chicken feet, dried sprats, chicken neck and many more.
  • Do you sell complete raw cat food meals?
    We sell a variety of raw cat food meals from Purrform and Nutriment. They come in various packs and forms ranging from raw minces packed into tubs to raw meat pouches.
  • Do you provide nationwide delivery?
    We do not provide nationwide delivery yet. However, we are working on it if you're still interested please check back in a couple of weeks.
  • How can I collect my order?
    We provide the option to collect orders at our Worksop store during opening hours. Please choose any 1 hour slot the most convenient to you for collecting your order, during our opening hours. The cut off for the same day collection is 10am. Once your goods are packed and ready, you'll get an email confirmation. Please bring your confirmation email when collecting your order for verification purposes. Store opening hours are Mon-Sat: 10:30am - 18:30 pm.   • Do you provide local delivery?
    Yes, we deliver goods within a 20 mile radius from our Worksop store for free if the order value is above £25, if the value is under £25 a £2.49 delivery fee applies. Please note a minimum spend of £15 is required to qualify for delivery. We provide the same day delivery Monday - Saturday during store opening hours (10:30 - 18:30) or you can choose the day you want your order to be delivered on. The cut off for the same day delivery is 10 am.
  • Why has my order not been delivered yet?
    If your order hasn't been delivered during the confirmed time slot please get in touch via our contact form, our chat option, email or give us a call on. Eventually, you can also message us on one of our social media pages.
  • How will my order be delivered?
    You will get an email on the chosen day of your delivery with a confirmed 1-2 hour time slot estimating the time your order will be delivered at. If you're not at home we'll leave your order in a safe place and ensure it'll stay frozen until your arrival. In this instance we would also leave a note to tell you where the order has been left unless a safe place has been specified beforehand.
  • How can I return my items?
    Before returning your items please contact us via e-mail at Any perishable goods returned should be pack in original packaging. We work really hard and we try to pack our orders accurately however, in the instance that we have made a mistake with your order we will cover the cost of shipping of the products back to us.
  • What is your return policy?
    If you experience any problems with your order or the quality of your products please get in touch via our e-mail: We do not accept any returns on perishable goods which includes frozen meat. However, if the quality is not as described or we have made a mistake when packing your order please get in touch as soon as possible we will do our best to correct this. Non perishable goods can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase as long as they're returned in original packaging. Any money owed will be refunded to your bank account within 30 days of receiving your return.
